Our Client is looking for an eCommerce Specialist in the Metro Detroit area
Overview:
We re looking for a hands-on eCommerce Lead to drive growth, manage digital strategy, and optimize the online customer experience. You ll lead a small team and collaborate cross-functionally to execute key initiatives that elevate our digital channel.
Drive online sales growth through effective site management, campaigns, and digital initiatives.
Oversee 3rd-party eCommerce vendors and platform performance (Unilog CIMM2 experience a plus).
Own the website s user experience site navigation, product content, checkout flow, and promotions.
Collaborate with IT, Inventory, Purchasing, Product, Finance, and Sales to align digital priorities.
Design and develop digital content and visual assets using tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
Execute and monitor SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and visibility.
Lead QA and publishing of content across the website and digital campaigns.
Manage and optimize traffic-driving programs: paid search, email, affiliate, and social.
Analyze site performance and provide actionable reporting to leadership and team members.
3 5 years experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or web content (B2B or industrial space preferred).
Strong creative skills with a portfolio of digital assets; Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HTML/CSS.
Understanding of ERP systems and order-to-fulfillment workflows.
Proven problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
Strong attention to detail, data-driven mindset, and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
