Our client is looking for an eCommerce Director in Brooklyn, NY
We re seeking an experienced eCommerce Director to lead the evolution of our digital platforms and drive measurable growth across multiple online channels. This role will oversee all aspects of the digital user experience, from strategy to execution, ensuring our websites deliver exceptional performance, engagement, and conversion. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with deep expertise in eCommerce, digital product management, and cross-functional team leadership.
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital optimization and growth roadmap to enhance functionality, design, and user experience.
Lead A/B and multivariate testing initiatives to validate new ideas, improve conversion rates, and optimize customer journeys.
Analyze website performance and customer behavior data to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
Partner with marketing, design, and engineering teams to deliver new features, enhancements, and content strategies.
Align with marketing to maximize traffic acquisition, conversion, and retention across all digital touchpoints.
Stay informed on emerging trends in UX, eCommerce, analytics, and technology, introducing innovative solutions where appropriate.
Oversee vendor relationships, technology platforms, and digital tools supporting eCommerce operations.
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related discipline.
7 10 years of experience in eCommerce or digital product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of driving online revenue growth and improving digital performance metrics.
Strong understanding of eCommerce systems, digital marketing, and user experience principles.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, managing priorities across marketing, design, and technology functions.
Proficiency with analytics and project management tools such as Google Analytics, JIRA, or Monday.com.
Familiarity with web technologies, APIs, and data integration concepts.
Understanding of SEO, digital analytics, and conversion rate optimization best practices.
