Our client is looking for Workday Systems Analyst located in Metro Detroit
Position Details:
- Serve as a Workday subject matter expert, supporting finance processes throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with business partners to design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards in Workday that facilitate informed decision making.
- Develop and configure Workday forms to streamline business processes.
- Configure, test, document, and implement changes within Workday financial systems.
- Document and analyze finance processes to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Create comprehensive training materials and conduct training sessions for Workday users.
- Respond promptly to requests for financial reports and data, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Workday system issues reported by team members.
- Manipulate and analyze large datasets in Workday to derive actionable insights.
- Manage Workday system security and ensure proper access provisioning.
- Conduct regular audits of Workday system access to maintain security compliance.
- Collaborate effectively with external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve Workday-related issues.
- Build strong relationships with Workday vendors and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Ensure all activities adhere to audit requirements and are well-documented.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, information technology or related degree preferred
- Must have a high sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize.
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with team members, business leaders and vendors
- Strong communication, collaboration, analytical and reporting skills
