Venteon is currently seeking a Wire Harness Technician for a position in Southfield, MI.
Responsibilities of a Wire Technician include:
Follow provided work instructions (prints, cuts, sample harnesses).
Assembly of wiring harnesses using hand tools and proper techniques.
Inventory tracking of project parts and supplies.
Tear down and rework harnesses.
Provide High Quality Service.
Requirements of a Wire Technician include:
2 or more years of Wire Harness Assembly experience.
Complex harness builds including Dashboard, Console, Interior.
Prototype Harness Experience preferred.
Build harnesses following schematics/blueprints.
Proficiency in Wire Prep, Crimping, Soldering, and De-pinning.
Effective communication skills.
Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Reliable transportation.
