Our Client is looking for a VOICE ENGINEER located in Auburn Hills, MI.
Duration: 6 months+
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide day to day operational support of multiple Cisco CUCM clusters and associated applications. This includes change, release, performance, configuration, administration, and availability management of the associated infrastructure components.
- Incident analysis and troubleshooting tier 2-3 level of Cisco CUCM, CUPS, CER, Unity, and UCCE applications
- Incident analysis and troubleshooting tier 2-3 level SIP, CUBE, MGCP, QoS, and sRTP
- Coordination of testing and issue resolution with end clients, Cisco TAC, and MS vendor resources
- Audit of applications to insure compliance with standards
- 24x7 On-Call rotation responsibilities
- End client consulting for telecom applications
- Change and Request management execution
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university and 5 years of technical experience or 10 years of technical work experience
- 5 years strategy development and planning experience
- CCNP-Collaboration or CCNP-Voice or equivalent experience
- Cisco Emergency Responder experience
- Cisco UCCE experience
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environment
- Demonstrated ability to systematically troubleshoot problems in a complex network environment
- Develop and implement strategies for a highly redundant and available network for day to day operations
- Develop and maintain a disaster recovery procedure to support business continuity
