Venteon is currently seeking an experienced Setup Technician- CNC Bender Mandrel to fill an opening with a client located in Rochester Hills MI, . The ideal candidates should have experience with a Mandrel tube bender
Requirements of the Setup Technician- CNC Bender-Mandrel
- Fabricate tubing assemblies to identified customer drawings and specifications, in an accurate and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all time and expenses incurred in the production of various fabrication orders.
- Keep up with modern technology, processes, and equipment to play an active role in maintaining company ability to provide prototypes in an accurate and timely manner
- Set up, operate and maintain all equipment used in the fabrication of tubing assemblies
- Housekeeping
- Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained
- Pass a Background and Drug Screen
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Must have a basic working knowledge in several types of tube fabrication equipment and be able to read blueprints.
- Experience with CNC tube bending equipment, including programming and tool setup for bending up to 2 diameter, mandrel bent tubing requirements.
- Welding skills and basic metal fabrication are also beneficial.
- Good mechanical skills required
