Our client, one of the fastest growing CPA Firms in Michigan, is looking to add to their growing team. If you have a passion for public accounting and seeking a client focused firm, this is a firm to consider. They are seeking a high-energy, driven Trust & Estate Tax Manager.

Requirements of the Trust & Estate Tax Manager:

Bachelor s degree in accounting plus CPA certification or law degree.
10+ years of experience in public accounting or industry.
Expertise in trust and estate tax laws and regulations.
Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
Proficiency in tax software, research tools, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities of the Trust & Estate Tax Manager:

Lead and manage the trust and estate practice, ensuring client compliance and reducing tax liabilities.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships, providing strategic tax advice.
Oversee the preparation and review of fiduciary and estate tax returns.
Develop and mentor team members, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
Identify business development opportunities and engage in networking to drive firm growth.
