Our client is looking for SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR located in Metro Detroit (100% REMOTE)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Install, update, configure, and monitor applications and systems in partnership with IT teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues following established problem management procedures.
Coordinate both scheduled maintenance and unexpected outages.
Produce standard statistical reports and develop application documentation as needed.
Ensure prompt resolution of issues in accordance with customer expectations and established protocols.
Provide support to colleagues during issue resolution, including after-hours assistance.
Lead crisis management calls and communicate updates to users, supervisors, and management.
Act as a bridge between IT and business units for assigned applications and systems.
Offer technical guidance and basic training to business units as required.
Ensure compliance with application licensing and coordinate licensing programs with vendors.
Develop and maintain established processes for application support.
Participate in or lead project teams to help achieve project objectives.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor s degree or four to six years of relevant experience; a combination of education and experience may be acceptable.
Familiarity with Office 365, MEMCM, and the Microsoft Stack is required.
Experience with Intune deployment and management is a plus but not mandatory.
Knowledge of security practices is essential.
