Our client is looking for SR. IT APPLICATIONS SPECIALIST (D365) located in Metro Detroit
SUMMARY
We are currently looking for a Senior IT Applications Specialist for our corporate office in Metro-Detroit, MI. This position reports directly to the IT Applications Manager and involves the development and support of applications across various Microsoft-based products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will develop and maintain applications and workflows in D365 to meet business requirements, including D365 user administration. Additionally, you'll create and manage Logic Apps programs in Azure and ensure the functionality of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite, specifically the Supply Chain and Financials modules. Your responsibilities also involve troubleshooting application issues, collaborating with departments and manufacturing plants to meet D365 module expectations, and leading Kaizen/Improvement and cost reduction activities. Regular progress reports to management and collaboration with third-party vendors to enhance application performance are crucial aspects of the role.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 3 years in the Automotive industry.
- Minimum 5 years in D365 F&O and Supply Chain Modules support.
- Minimum 3 years in Logic Apps development in Azure.
- Bachelor s degree required (Computer Science or Computer Engineering).
- Skills:
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite applications, manufacturing business processes, EDI, and API s written in .NET and C#.
Travel:
25% Domestic Travel.
