Venteon Finance is currently seeking an experienced Financial Analyst for a leading distribution company in the metro Detroit area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, data collection, and quantitative research. This position offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
Requirements of the Sr. Financial Analyst
Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and proficiency in Hyperion, One Stream, or related financial system.
4+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, modeling, budgeting, and reporting.
Ability to present financial information to a nonfinancial audience in a concise and easily comprehensible manner.
Responsibilities of the Sr. Financial Analyst
Reviewing and analyzing financial statements and reports.
Tracking KPIs and preparing financial reports.
Assisting with budgeting and monthly close processes.
Understanding key business drivers.
Assisting project teams with financial guidance.
Developing financial projections and building financial models.
