Harvard Resource Solutions is seeking Set-Up Technicians -CNC Benders for our manufacturing client in Rochester Hills.
Temporary or Direct Hire.
Shift: 2:00pm - 11:30pm
Pay: 21.00 - 32.00hr ( Pay based upon experience)
Entry level 1- 2 years experience in production, assembly, machine operators - 21.00hr - 24.00hr
2-5 years experience as a CNC/Bender- 28.00hr - 32.00hr
Position Responsibilities
Fabricate tubing assemblies according to customer drawings and specifications with a high level of accuracy and timeliness
Maintain detailed and accurate records of time and expenses related to fabrication orders
Stay current with new technologies, processes, and equipment to support efficient and precise prototype production
Set up, operate, and maintain equipment used in tubing fabrication
Perform general housekeeping to ensure a clean and organized work environment
Adhere to and uphold all Health & Safety standards and protocols
Qualifications & Requirements
To perform this role successfully, candidates must be able to execute each essential duty effectively. The following qualifications are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required:
Basic working knowledge of various tube fabrication equipment and the ability to read and interpret blueprints
Experience with CNC tube bending equipment, including programming and tool setup for mandrel bending up to 2.5 diameter tubing
