Venteon Finance is currently seeking a SENIOR MANAGER of FP&A for an established and growing company located in the Oakland County. This is a newly created role to support the continued growth of the company.
REQUIREMENTS of the Senior Manager, FP&A role
MBA or Master s Degree highly preferred
7+ years of experience in FP&A
Advanced financial modelling skills and capability
M&A integration and support preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES of the Senior Manager, FP&A
Partner in the development of the multi-year strategic financial plan
Identify and manage opportunities to improve future reporting structure of the organization subsequent to acquisitions
Lead preparation, analysis, and consolidation of monthly CFO review and Board of Director materials.
Identify and optimize KPI s to manage the business and drive results
Communicate results and analysis effectively across all areas of the organization
Support M&A due diligence by providing financial analysis
Primary responsibility for the development of OPEX budgets and forecasts
Other duties and projects as assigned
