Job Description

Venteon Finance is currently seeking a SENIOR IT AUDITOR for an established stable client in the metro-Detroit area. This position assists senior management in evaluating the effectiveness of risk, control and governance processes through the performance of internal audits, consulting and other activities
 
REQUIREMENTS of the Senior IT Auditor role
  • Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Business, or Accounting
  • CISA Designation is Required
  • 3+ Years of related IT Audit experience
  • Previous public accounting firm experience preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES of the Senior IT Auditor
  • Coordinates the timing of assigned workplan projects to ensure their completion within the plan year and within budget
  • Conducts internal audit assignments from planning through reporting
  • Coordinate and work collaboratively with the Information Systems and Organizational Integrity audit teams on audits in the work plan
  • Assists in the assessment of risks for the development of the system-wide audit plan
  • Assist the external audit firm in the execution of the year-end financial statement audit
  • Performs special investigations or other projects as assigned
  • Other duties and projects as assigned
