SUMMARY
Our client, a publicly traded, non-manufacturing client in the Metro Detroit area, is seeking a Senior IT Auditor to add to their team.
RESPONSIBILITIES of Senior IT Auditor
- Senior IT Auditor takes the lead in the preparation of formal audit plans to find which areas to audit and their related approach and timing.
- Define specific procedures to be used in developing audit programs.
- Performs audits and follows current procedures to test levels of compliance.
- Senior IT Auditor creates/updates flowcharts with other documentation to demonstrate internal controls.
- Senior IT Auditor makes recommendations for non-compliance or other improvements by analyzing current business flows and procedures.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE of Senior IT Auditor
- Bachelor s Degree in Accounting required
- 2+ years of experience in Accounting required
- CISA, CIA and/or CPA certification preferred
- Excellent communication, people, written and presentation skills
- Team player who can work well with other functional groups
