Our client is looking for HRIS Analyst located in Metro Detroit
Reporting to the HRIS Manager, the HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) Senior Analyst will support the configuration and maintenance of the Dayforce Human Capital Management (HCM) system and its integrations to other systems.
Assist in the implementation and support of iCIMS as well as HCM system upgrades or patches
Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrades and hotfixes. Maintain HCM system tables. Document process and results
Provide support for iCIMS and HCM systems, including researching and resolving system problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements
Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy
Talents You ll Bring:
Proven ability to understand and support complex pay policies and entitlements
Experience with Benefits Open Enrollment and Qualified Life Events configuration and support
Extensive experience in analyzing HRIS and HR performance metrics
Advanced proficiency in database management and security, as well as running SQL queries
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
