Our client, a growing middle market sized company in the Metro Detroit area, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and planning at a medium sized or large company.
RESPONSIBILITIES of the Senior Financial Analyst
Senior Financial Analyst will have lead role in month end close, monthly financial statement analysis/preparation, and operations reporting
Senior Financial Analyst will prepare Annual budget and update forecasts on a monthly basis or as needed
Work closely with Business Unit team to identify/address risks and opportunities
Maintain the analysis on capital project spending compared to plan
Senior Financial Analyst will support Sales team on new business quoting/tracking/updating.

4+ years of finance experience in a mid-sized or large company
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
Expert in Excel knowledge, Pivot Tables, Vlookup and SUMIF formulas
Working knowledge of large ERP system
