SUMMARY Our client is a mid-sized growing, privately held company in the Metro Detroit area. They are seeking a Construction Accountant to add to their team.
RESPONSIBILITIES of Construction Accountant
Multi-site level end to end accounting/financial items for assigned portfolio
Assist with Year End Close
Work directly with Project Managers, Tenants, and Vendors
Need experience preparing waivers for subcontractors, sworn statements for construction draws, etc.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE of Construction Accountant
Bachelor s Degree in Accounting required
5+ years of experience in Accounting required
High level of US GAAP knowledge
