Venteon Finance is currently seeking a SENIOR COMPENSATION ANALYST for a stable and profitable client company located in the Metro Detroit area..REQUIREMENTS of the Senior Compensation Analyst role- Bachelor s degree in Business or Human Resources
- CCP ( Certified Compensation Professional ) preferred
- 3+ Years of Compensation specific experience
- HRIS system experience
RESPONSIBILITIES of the Senior Compensation Analyst
- Contribute to the ongoing research, development, and implementation of compensation programs
- Provide guidance and counsel regarding offer amounts for external hires and internal promotions.
- Gather and analyze the results of external compensation surveys
- Propose salary ranges for new positions using internal and external salary data
- On an annual basis, review salary ranges for every position in the company and propose changes if applicable
- Administer annual bonus program
- Assist with the administration of the company s stock compensation programs
