Venteon Finance is currently seeking a SENIOR ACCOUNTANT for an established and growing company located in the Oakland County.
REQUIREMENTS of the Senior Accountant role
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of General Ledger experience
- ERP Systems experience
RESPONSIBILITIES of the Senior Accountant
- Perform all General Accounting duties including month end close, posting journal entries, manage A/R & A/P, prepare customer billings, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports
- Calculate and report weekly sales commissions
- Assist with accounting tasks related to ERP implementation
- Ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Other duties and projects as assigned
