Our client, an established and growing company with a newly implemented ERP system, is seeking a Senior Accountant/Financial Analyst to join their team. This hybrid role combines general accounting responsibilities with data-driven financial analysis perfect for someone who enjoys reconciling data, solving problems, and finding meaning in numbers.
Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance
2 3+ years of experience in accounting or financial analysis (industry or public accounting)
Hands-on experience with NetSuite strongly preferred
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (data analysis, PivotTables, VLOOKUPs)
Strong communication skills and the ability to translate data into insights
CPA not required
Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and assist with month-end close
Analyze large datasets to identify discrepancies and adjust journal entries accordingly
Work cross-functionally with payroll and accounting systems to ensure accuracy
Support AR, T&E review, and other operational accounting duties
Use NetSuite to generate reports and improve accounting workflows
