Venteon is currently seeking an experienced Sales Financial Analyst to fill an opening with a large multi-national manufacturing company that is based in Auburn Hills, Michigan
Requirements of the Sales Financial Analyst:
Bachelor s degree from a four-year university in Accounting, Finance
8+ years of relevant automotive accounting experience
Experience with report writing using database connections
Proficient technical knowledge of ERP systems
Data Analytics experience is preferred
Ideal person will have a solid understanding of the flow of accounting
Advanced Excel skills
Manufacturing industry experience is required

Duties and Responsibilities of the Sales Financial Analyst:
Invoicing and reconciliation of all OEM tooling and samples
Monthly reporting responsibilities including price accruals, tool amortization values, ship history, raw material, and open monies
Customer contract processing; track discrepancies
Provide support for HAM finance team
Job Management Administrator for all tooling, sample, launch, industrialization, capital and miscellaneous orders
Monthly Sales Forecast (volume updates and monthly part price changes)
Tooling Invoice Report / Schedule
Program Financial updates
Parts listing updates
Budget, Sales Coordination, & Strategic Plan forecasts
Receive in invoices for BSS (Auburn Hills)
