Job Description

Our client is looking for Plex Analyst located in Metro Detroit

The IT Security Analyst is responsible for day-to-day oversight of ERP user access control privileges. Assures that the ERP and all subsequent modifications to all business applications include adequate security and control measures. Work with application support and BPOs. The security analyst is an in-house application-level subject matter expert who diligently assists with improvements and maintenance of applications security.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Gather and document security and access control requirement
2. Meet with functional areas to understand desired controls, segregation of duties and data access requirements.
3. Document role-based security profiles for each functional area including required functions and data access for each role.
4. Participate in discovery activities with the ERP vendor(s) and share documented requirements
5. Work with functional areas to refine requirements as needed based on future ERP system capabilities and vendor recommendations.
6. Configure, Deploy, and Control ERP system functionality including security and access control capabilities
7. Participate in training sessions 8. Review and understand system documentation
9. Participate in development activities when required by ERP vendor(s)
10. Validate decisions made by ERP vendor(s) match our requirements
11. Document configurations to facilitate future support of access controls and security
12. Participate in other required activities to meet delivery schedule
13. Develop, execute, and document test cases based on required controls, segregation of duties and data access
