Venteon Finance is hiring a PAYROLL PROFESSIONAL to provide support in Bloomfield Hills. JOB TYPE: Full time. Direct hire. Onsite position.
PAY: Open and commiserate with experience + 10-15% variable bonus very good benefits including daily company paid lunches.
DUTIES:
High volume payroll processing (5,000+) in multiple states.
Will be responsible for the wage garnishment documentation, invoicing, and funding reconciliation processes. Will work directly with ADP Wage Garnishment Service to resolve lien related issues.
Will coordinate and track resolution of payroll tax related agency notices, SUI rate changes in the tax reporting system, analyze and verify detailed payroll output.
Will be responsible for monitoring Cafe125 benefit and 401(k) deferral elections as submitted from the third-party administrator(s).
Will be responsible for pre- and post-payroll reconciliation processes by generating pre-defined payroll audit reports.
Ability to understand and resolve payroll issues as well as communicate solutions effectively professionally and respectfully
Ability to assist with retrieving reports to validate payroll taxes, retrieving payroll tax reports and reported documentation.
Will assist in monitoring, auditing, updating, and tracking payroll related information within the various payroll applications.
Will be responsible for maintenance of payroll information by entering data into the payroll application general deduction and wage garnishment panels per documented procedures.
EDUCATION/ REQUIREMENTS:
4 - 5 years of relevant payroll processing experience required (large volume).
Must be professional, pay close attention to detail and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must maintain strict confidentiality within the payroll department.
Experience with payroll tax and benefit processing experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of multi-state payroll, FLSA, IRS, Federal & State regulations.
Experience processing Semi-Monthly and Weekly pay frequencies.
Experience with multi-State payrolls.
ADP Enterprise EV5 Experience Preferred.
