Materials Supervisor 

Minimum 3 years of Materials Experience

Venteon is currently seeking an experienced Materials Supervisor to fill an opening with a Tier 1 Manufacturing Company located near Lexington, KY. Must have experience with working in a JIT environment 

Requirements of the Materials Supervisor 

  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • 5-7 years of supervisory experience 
  • SAP Experience 
  • JIT Experience

Responsibilities of the Materials Supervisor 

  • Coordinate all material handler activities.
  • Communicate with materials manager, material handlers and material analysts.
  • Coordinate activities for warehouse layout.
  • Training, coaching, and developing the material handler team continually striving for improvement
  • Manage/coordinate the receiving process.
  • Manage the process of outbound shipments.
  • Coordinate all customs compliance requirements.
  • Assist in maintaining and revising visual inventory benchmarks with hourly usage.
  • Liaison between Receiving and Analyst teams.
  • Coordinate any outside warehouse activities.
