Harvard Resource Solutions was recently engaged in a new search for a Marketing Coordinator on a direct hire basis for our client located in Cleveland, OH Location: Cleveland, OH Title: Marketing Coordinator Working Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) Reason for opening: Open Vacancy Position Description for Marketing Coordinator Marketing Coordinator oversees the management of existing districts and facilitates the growth of new ones. This role is essential in driving district development through marketing, communication, and operational support. The Coordinator works closely with client's management and leadership teams, along with district Boards of Directors, ensuring their needs are addressed efficiently, while also serving as a liaison between the client at the national level and individual districts. Additionally, the Coordinator plays a key role in supporting membership development initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
District Development: Responsible for identifying, training, and onboarding new district leaders, and providing ongoing support to existing leaders for their developmental needs.
Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute effective marketing and promotional campaigns to enhance district event participation and engagement.
Website Management: Maintain and update the district sections of the client website to ensure content is current and relevant.
Project Management: Oversee projects related to district initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals.
Social Media: Implement social media strategies to boost district programming, leveraging online communities to engage both members and potential prospects, creating blogs, copywriting . Highlight district activities regularly through social channels.
Strategic Planning & Record Keeping: Create actionable plans, set clear goals, and maintain accurate records to ensure continuous growth and promotion for each district.
Requirements for Duties for Marketing Coordinator
Bachelor s degree required 0 - 3+ years of experience in Association Services preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and Adobe.
Strong customer service and writing skills, ability to multitask, and work collaboratively with others.
Experience in planning and managing meetings and events.
