Global Consolidations Manager
Venteon is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Consolidations Manager to join our client's finance team located in Perrysburg, Ohio.
Requirements of the Global Consolidations Manager:
A bachelor s degree in accounting, finance
CPA, CMA certification are preferred
A minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-entity and multinational environments is essential
Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS and or other applicable financial reporting standards is critical
Excellent analytical skills are needed to interpret complex data and to identify trends
Strong organizational and time management skills
Leadership and team management abilities
Experience with monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation of global, company-wide financial results
Experience with financial consolidation systems like Hyperion, OneStream, or SAP BPC is highly valued

Responsibilities of the Global Consolidation Manager:
Responsible for the monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation of global Company-wide financial results, including review of intercompany account balances and the preparation of consolidation adjustments
Ownership of the chart of accounts in the Company s consolidation system
Report monthly financial results to internal management
Create, implement and maintain Company-wide accounting reconciliation policies and procedures.
Review Company-wide reconciliations to ensure adherence to corporate policies.
Assist with intercompany fundings/transactions by creating journal entries and coordinating with subsidiaries, tax and treasury departments
Provide G/L accounting support for subsidiaries on an as needed basis
Ownership over consolidation
Assist in other accounting and finance special projects
