Venteon Finance is currently seeking a MANAGER of FP&A for a dynamic and growing manufacturing client in the Wilmington, NC area.
REQUIREMENTS of the Manager, FP&A role
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5 10 years of Manufacturing industry FP&A experience
- Strong Financial Modelling and Data skills
- Multi-Size Consolidation experience
RESPONSIBILITIES of the Manager, FP&A role
- Oversight of the Financial Planning and Analysis process for the global business
- Responsible for the planning of monthly, annual & long-term forecasting to ensure cost-effective operations
- Complete analysis of current data and provide recommendations for improvements
- Completion of relevant Business Plans and audit the effectiveness of actual performance
- Work closely with Plant Controllers to consolidate financials across the global business.
- Provide guidance to operations on all financial decisions to optimize the overall profitability of the Company
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and consistency with FP&A consolidated objectives
- Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models
