Job Description

Our client in Ravenswood, WV is in need of a Maintenance Supervisor

Responsible for the maintenance crew in their assigned department.
Achieve the weekly, monthly, and annual operating results for all KPl's
Responsible for personnel - hourly employees
Achieve the EHS plan for their department
Significantly Improving the EHS Performance
Ensure compliance to the rules governing the safe and efficient operation of the plant
Assure internal and external customer needs are met
Improve on existing processes so that the department can be more proficient
