Maintenance Manager

Minimum 3 years of Maintenance Management Experience

Venteon is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to fill an opening with a Tier 1 Manufacturing Company located near Lexington, KY. Must have experience with robotic and machine maintenance in an automotive plant setting.

Requirements of the Maintenance Manager

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
7-10 years of supervisory experience
Knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC
Hands on maintenance experience; Journeyman card preferred

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Manager

Plan, direct, and control cost of operations of the Maintenance Department in meeting Plant and equipment needs.
Initiate preventive maintenance programs to minimize maintenance cost of all production equipment.
Set up and maintain equipment inventory, repair and maintenance records on all plant machinery
Schedule maintenance and repair priorities on normal plant building and equipment maintenance needs.
Initiate and/or approve all requisitions for supplies, tools, materials, equipment, and/or services used or needed for the efficient operations of the Maintenance Department and submit the requisitions for approval.
Recommend new equipment, new methods, and/or changes that will reduce cost of department operations, improve performance of the department, or increase the life and/or efficiencies of line operating equipment.
