RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a International Tax Director. The role is focused on ensuring the company meets all legal tax obligations in different jurisdictions while optimizing the company's global tax position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
International Tax Provision & Reporting
Oversee international components of quarterly and annual income tax provision, including review of foreign tax packages, valuation allowances, tax attributes, deferred taxes, and M&A impacts.
Analyze foreign uncertain tax positions and their impact on both foreign and U.S. jurisdictions.
Assess implications of tax planning projects on the effective tax rate and cash tax obligations.
Track OFL, foreign tax credits, and repatriation strategies.
U.S. International Compliance
Manage international tax compliance, including Forms 5471, 8858, Country-by-Country (CbC) reporting, E&P, GILTI, Subpart F, and related tax calculations.
Tax Strategy & Planning
Support in developing and executing international tax strategies aligned with business goals.
Conduct research on cross-border acquisitions, expansions, and restructurings.
Optimize foreign cash utilization, including tax-efficient repatriation and funding strategies.
Transfer Pricing
Work with external advisors to ensure proper transfer pricing policies and documentation.
Collaborate with external advisors and internal teams to align Pillar 2 compliance with business operations.
Monitor global tax legislative changes, assessing risks and opportunities.
Identify and implement process improvements for tax compliance and reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master s preferred).
CPA, JD, or equivalent credential preferred.
12 years+ of corporate income tax experience
