Minimum 5 Years experience in Technical Sales
Venteon is currently seeking an experienced Inside Sales Account Manager to fill an opening with a manufacturing company located in the Metro Detroit area. The ideal candidates should have experience in sales in the automotive, industrial and / or agricultural space.
Requirements of the Inside Sales Account Manager
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Minimum 3 years of sales and/or account management experience
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or technical sales environments
Experience in tubing or fluid handling systems preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with CRM and ERP systems preferred

Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Account Manager
Develop new sales opportunities
Travel to current and prospective customer sites from time to time
Manage existing customer accounts and coordinate customer RFQs from intake through quotation and follow-up
Prepare accurate and competitive quotations in coordination with estimating and engineering teams
Track and follow up on sales opportunities and customer inquiries
Maintain customer and opportunity data within the company s CRM and ERP systems
Identify and support new sales opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
Serve as a key customer contact for sales support and order coordination
Work with Engineering, Purchasing, and Production to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated
Manage order entry and project tracking
