SUMMARY
Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for IT support? We re looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team! This role provides technical assistance to office and plant users, ensuring seamless operation of computer systems and networks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactively maintain contact with the client throughout the year.
- Provide hands-on IT support for users onsite and remotely
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist with installations, configurations, and system maintenance
- Manage IT inventory and budgets
- Support corporate hardware/software rollouts alongside senior IT professionals
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Experience with Active Directory, group policy, and system administration
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
