Assist in the implementation and maintenance of global IT infrastructure, including Active Directory Domain Services, Entra ID, SSO, Microsoft 365, and Azure cloud services.
Support virtualization platforms such as VMware and KVM, ensuring high availability and performance.
Configure and manage endpoint management solutions, including Intune and ConnectWise Automate.
Maintain and test Backup and Disaster Recovery systems to protect organizational data.
Monitor system performance and implement optimizations for efficiency and reliability.
Provide technical support to end users, as well as local and remote IT staff.
Proactively monitor system performance, identifying areas for improvement to maximize uptime.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems and processes to support efficient operations.
Participate in on-call duties, addressing critical incidents and performing maintenance activities outside regular business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services, Intune, Azure, SSO, and virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM).
Solid understanding of Backup and Disaster Recovery systems.
Experience with scripting languages such as Perl, PowerShell, or others to automate system configurations and management tasks.
Proactive mindset with a strong ability to learn and adapt to evolving technologies.
3 to 5 years of experience in IT systems engineering or a related role.
Hands-on experience managing global IT environments, including core infrastructure, Office 365, collaboration tools, and device management.
