A Leading Manufacturing Company in the Sapulpa, Oklahoma area needs a Human Resource Manager over their Western Region. This Position will oversee 3 Small Non Union Manufacturing Facilities. A Bachelor's Degree is Required as well as previous Human Resource Management Experience in a Plant Manufacturing Setting. Please Note - Some Travel will be Required for this Position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role is responsible for providing Human Resources (HR) support and leadership to its assigned Western Region Plants to meet business objectives. This role will ensure HR strategies are implemented including recruiting, training and development, HR policy and procedure administration and resolution.
As the HR Manager - Western Region, you will be located in Sapulpa, Oklahoma and provide HR Management to our smaller locations in Idaho and Arizona as well. You will provide effective advice and coaching to key stakeholders and provide HR support and analysis to best meet the business needs of each location.
Developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies and maintaining employee-related data will be one of your key responsibilities. You will need you to use your talents to guide our managers, supervisors, and employees to a place of resolution with appropriate levels of assistance and follow-up.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor s Degree in business, human resources, or related degree.
- Minimum five (5) years of previous success as an HR leader within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Travel as necessary (minimum approximately 30%-40%)
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively multi-task and properly handle competing priorities.
- Knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws, labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Willingness and ability to understand the operational and financial functions of the business.
- Ability to use computer applications including spreadsheets, word processing, HR databases and email.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative to proactively handle issues.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and lead change.
- Demonstrated ability to critically analyze a complex problem and develop solutions to that problem.
