Job Description
Venteon Finance is currently seeking an HR MANAGER for a growing Financial Services client company located in Southeast Michigan.
REQUIREMENTS of the HR Manager role
Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources or related field
HR Certification preferred
2+ years of HR Management experience
RESPONSIBILITIES of the HR Manager
Manage harmonious employee relations at all levels. Collaborate with business leadersto determine the most appropriate approach to employee relations issues while mitigating risks.
Lead and develop a highly effective Human Resources team to their highest potential through coaching, mentoring techniques, and leadership.
Manage compensation and benefit programs, including salary benchmarking, payrolladministration, and 401(k) and medical benefit enrollment to ensure competitiveness, equity and all required reporting.
Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, career development, and employee engagement
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Stay updated on HR trends and best practices and ensure the company s HR practices remain compliant with labor laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and data security
Other duties as assigned
