Venteon Finance is currently seeking a Financial Analyst for a leading automotive manufacturing company located in the metro Detroit area. This position is a great opportunity to grow within the automotive industry, supporting financial planning and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial forecasting, budget development, and variance analysis for multiple entities.

Requirements of the Financial Analyst

• Bachelor s degree in Finance or Accounting.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis.

• Basic understanding of financial statements and performance metrics.

• Experience with financial forecasting, budget development, and variance analysis.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills required); experience with financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI or similar platforms) is a plus.

• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create visually engaging and informative presentations.

• Knowledge of ERP systems.

Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst

• Assist in development and maintenance of financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and planning.

• Consolidate and analyze financial data to support management decisions.

• Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

• Collaborate with teams across the organization to gather, interpret, and refine financial information.

• Conduct variance analysis and assist in validating data.

• Contribute to process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency.
