Job Description

Venteon Finance is currently seeking a FINANCIAL ANALYST FIXED ASSETS for one of the most well-known and respected companies in Michigan.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain and monitor fixed asset records, ensuring accurate tracking, valuation, and depreciation of all assets.
  • Perform detailed financial analysis to support decision-making and report on asset utilization and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, ensuring compliance with financial reporting and tax requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and monthly closing processes related to fixed assets.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls related to fixed asset processes.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management regarding asset management and capital budgeting.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in accounting or finance, with a strong focus on fixed assets.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a team environment.
