Venteon Finance is currently seeking a FINANCIAL ANALYST / ACCOUNTANT FIXED ASSETS for one of the most well-known and respected companies in Michigan.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and monitor fixed asset records, ensuring accurate tracking, valuation, and depreciation of all assets.
Perform detailed financial analysis to support decision-making and report on asset utilization and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, ensuring compliance with financial reporting and tax requirements.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and monthly closing processes related to fixed assets.
Implement and maintain internal controls related to fixed asset processes.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management regarding asset management and capital budgeting.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of three years of experience in accounting or finance, with a strong focus on fixed assets.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a team environment.
