VENTEON is hiring an Technical Specialist to provide support for a client in Troy, MI
POSITION TYPE Monday- Friday
Responsibilities
Must possess the technical competence to complete assignments with a limited amount of guidance, demonstrate personal dedication and loyalty to the company.
Demonstrate technical qualities that earn the respect of clients, peers and other employees, display good verbal and written skills.
Maintain a neat, professional appearance and conduct himself/herself in a manner that presents a positive impression, be able to work with other employees in a cooperative manner without conflict
Able to follow directions, ask questions, evaluate and inform others in a thorough and logical manner.
Prepare, distribute, file, maintain, and monitor project specifications, reports, letters, memos, transmittals, meeting minutes, schedules, presentations, quotations, etc.
Attend internal project and department meetings
Maintain and monitor electronic project files
Communicate with clients, peers and other employees
Coordinate shipping and receiving of project documentation
Assist receptionist as required
Education
Completed high school
Completed MS Office training or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of Company policies and procedures
Technical Skills
Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Exchange and Outlook
Microsoft Project Management software would be a plus
Experience working at an engineering firm is a plus
