Our Client in Rochester Hills, MI is looking for an End Form Technician.
- 6:00AM -2:30PM
- Setup technicians coming out of tube manufacturing environments with knowledge of end forming presses/processes.
3-5 years of Experience Preferred ,but not required. - Set up, operate and maintain all equipment used in the fabrication of tubing assemblies.
- Experience Coupling the tubes.
- Experience with Copper, Stainless Steel and Aluminum.
- Experience Setting up a Manchester or Wauseon Machine.
- You will work with low carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum materials.
- You will make use of Mill, Lathe and end forming equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of all time and expenses incurred in the production of prototype orders.
- Keep up with new technology, processes and equipment in order to play an active role in maintaining company ability to provide prototypes in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Good mechanical ability. Ability to work OT.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent learning skills, Pay attention to detail, great attitude, trustworthy, dependable.
