Job Description

Our Client in Rochester Hills, MI is looking for an End Form Technician.

6:00AM -2:30PM
Setup technicians coming out of tube manufacturing environments with knowledge of end forming presses/processes.
3-5 years of Experience Preferred ,but not required.
Set up, operate and maintain all equipment used in the fabrication of tubing assemblies.
Experience Coupling the tubes.
Experience with Copper, Stainless Steel and Aluminum.
Experience Setting up a Manchester or Wauseon Machine.
You will work with low carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum materials.
You will make use of Mill, Lathe and end forming equipment.
Maintain accurate records of all time and expenses incurred in the production of prototype orders.
Keep up with new technology, processes and equipment in order to play an active role in maintaining company ability to provide prototypes in an accurate and timely manner.
Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Good mechanical ability. Ability to work OT.
Personal Qualities: Excellent learning skills, Pay attention to detail, great attitude, trustworthy, dependable.
