Venteon is currently seeking a Controls Engineer to fill an opening in Troy, MI The ideal candidate should have Electrical Controls Background Bid Package Experience

Requirements for the Controls Engineer :Local Travel to Detroit Supplier or Troy office Remote work from home

• Qualified individuals shall possess the following with 10+ year skill set experience.
• Successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Develop scopes of work to meet process requirements.
• Develop new system layouts.
• Develop scope of work for new system to be installed.
• Develop scope of work for system rework to meet new process requirements for new system layouts.
• Create Bid packages and specification development.

Requirements

• Automotive facility experience
• Experience coordinating a team and multiple contractors.
• Plant layout and process competency.
• Good understanding of PLC control applications
  • Siemens o Allen Bradley o HMI s including Siemens, Allen Bradley
• VFD Application knowledge including o Production Conveyors o Vertical Lift Applications
• Knowledge of Ethernet Network Applications
• Experience Creating Bid Packages and specification development
• Programming experience desired.
• Automotive conveyor system mechanical design experience a plus.
• The ability to provide short assignment travel support a bonus.
