Our client is looking for ERP SYSTEMS MANAGER located in Metro Detroit 

SUMMARY

Our client, a recognized Employer of Choice, is seeking a highly capable ERP Systems Manager to join their team in Metro Detroit. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a solid background in ERP system deployment, support, and optimization, especially in manufacturing environments. This is a hands-on leadership role, offering significant influence over technology operations across the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Lead the development, planning, and execution of ERP deployments and upgrade projects across all locations

• Provide end-user support and training to ensure adoption and efficiency

• Oversee contract negotiations and manage relationships with third-party vendors and consultants

• Ensure stable and efficient ERP system operations through proactive support and maintenance

• Coordinate efforts with ERP team members company-wide

• Conduct system analysis of hosted and on-prem ERP servers and resources

• Manage system administration tasks including user access, security, permissions, and help desk ticket resolution

• Oversee and document customizations, form modifications, custom SQL queries, and integration with third-party applications

• Respond to audit requests relating to ERP system standards, policies, and security

• Collaborate on Domo BI initiatives to drive business process improvements

• Develop and manage ERP-related project and annual budgets

• Travel moderately to extensively for system implementations, upgrades, and support initiatives

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: 

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience

• Proven experience leading and managing ERP implementations and large-scale IT projects

• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and project management skills

• Proficient in ERP platforms (Epicor - Kinetic preferred), with supporting knowledge of SQL

• Experience working in manufacturing environments with full Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay cycles

• Ability to translate business needs into effective ERP solutions
