Venteon Finance is currently seeking a COST ESTIMATOR for a stable manufacturing client located in the Grand Rapids area.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES of the Cost Estimator
Key support to the Business Development team with costing of new business opportunities
Develop product costs through interaction with functional teams
Support capital planning through capacity and utilization verification
Support annual costing rate development process
Support purchasing in Make/Buy analysis
Develop in-depth knowledge of manufacturing capabilities
Support budgeting and forecasting functions
JOB QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED/PREFERRED)
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
5+ years of related experience
Manufacturing industry experience required, preferably Automotive
Advanced financial modelling skills and experience
