REQUIREMENTS of the Controller
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

RESPONSIBILITIES of the Controller
- Oversee general ledger accounting: This includes maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable: They ensure timely payments to vendors and manage customer invoices.
- Handle payroll and taxes: The controller is often responsible for payroll processing and ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws.
- Manage cash flow: They monitor cash balances and ensure sufficient funds are available to meet obligations.
- Implement and maintain internal controls: This is crucial for safeguarding company assets and preventing fraud.
- Oversee HR Function: Manage dedicated staff member and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Manage employee expense reports process: Manage dedicated staff member, and ensure employees are reimbursed, as applicable expenses are billed to clients.
