SUMMARY Our client is a mid-sized growing, privately held company in the Western Michigan area. They are seeking a CorporateController to add to their team. RESPONSIBILITIES of the CorporateController
Controller will manage team to complete month end close and related reporting to provide upper management. This will include US and some International Operations.
Lead role in annual budget and forecast, as well as monthly variance analysis.
Main point of contact for tax and audit schedule maintenance, as well as keeping up with internal audit requirements/compliance
Controller will have multi-site responsibility for 3 other locations in the US as well a few locally.
Must be a team player and be able to communicate to Functional Group and Operations team.

Bachelor s Degree in Accounting required
10+ years of experience in Accounting required
High level of US GAAP knowledge
Excellent communication, people, written and presentation skills
Team player who can work well with other functional groups
