OVERVIEW Our client, a privately owned company, is seeking a Controller to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a broad background in accounting at a growing organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES of the Controller
Lead the execution of month-end, quarter-end, and yearly closing processes, including reporting, financial analysis, and job costing. Help support Director with budgeting and forecasting.
Oversee accounting operations such as billing, accounts payable, and payroll.
Ensure balance sheet integrity by establishing proper processes and controls.
Collaborate with the Director on various projects and research technical accounting matters.
Develop and maintain high service levels for internal and external customers.
Collaborate with management to execute process improvements.

10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
Working knowledge of large ERP system
