Confidential Warehouse Manager
Our client is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager that can immediately make an impact by making operation improvements and grow the organization. This person will be wearing multiple hats and will need to be a strong decision maker, technical thinker, and problem solver as they will have a lot of Autonomy in this position.
Top candidates will be strong leaders, pro-active and perform well under pressure.
Confidential Warehouse Manager Responsibilities:
- Manages all aspects of operations (daily activities, equipment maintenance, facility maintenance) to drive best in class material management practices.
- Manage and supervise customer service, logistics analysts, material handling personnel and provide leadership in the areas of inventory management, EDI, WMS, and supply chain.
- Plan, supervise and monitor daily work assignments to achieve high level of performance and balance workloads to maintain high accuracy and work efficiency.
- Responsible for controlling shipping, receiving and inventory accuracy to industry best practices utilizing warehouse management system.
- Manage and maintain warehouse equipment, supplies, and facility and oversee maintenance and repair.
- Collaborate with internal and external resources to optimize operational performance.
- Analyze data/metrics and KPI s to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to achieve best or exceed best-in-class performance.
- Oversee efficient handling of order shipping and order receipt process includes control of BOL s, Shipper, Commercial invoice, Month end reports.
- Support the CEO in improvement and growth strategies

Confidential Warehouse Manager Requirements:
- Strong leadership and management skills in warehouse/supply chain management.
- Excellent knowledge of WMS and operations.
- Excellent computer skills navigating though web, MS products and other softwares.
- Prior track record of success in operations and driving process improvements.
- Motivated professional with attention to detail and passion for optimizing operations.
- Prior automotive industry experience
