B CREW MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR NEEDED - SHEPHERDSVILLE, KENTUCKY
A Leading Automotive Supplier in Shepherdsville, Kentucky needs a B Crew Maintenance Supervisor. The B Crew Shift Working Hours are from 6 P.M. to 4 A.M. Tuesday through Friday.
This is a Full Time, Permanent, Direct Hire Position offering Competitive Compensation, Bonus Potential, Good Benefits, Paid Holidays and Paid Vacation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This Position will Lead & Supervise a Team of Maintenance Technicians on B Crew Shift.
Direct accountability for overseeing the maintenance of the manufacturing plant, including machine, tools and all equipment necessary for the daily operations.
Maintain and issues daily job assignments, record and evaluate the results of Preventative Maintenance information.
Provide assistance to departments requiring maintenance needs or assistance.
Responsible for OSHA programs related to maintenance, MSDS management, and Environmental regulations.
Provide design assistance to the manufacture of fixtures, machines, tools, and the seat assembles.
Adjust schedules of equipment maintenance, and maintains records that insure that all equipment will be kept maintained and serviced.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Undergraduate Degree in Engineering with a minimum of two years supervisor experience or an equivalent combination of Education and work Experience required.
Previous Maintenance Supervision Experience in an Automotive Manufacturing Plant.
A high level of analytical ability is required to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Must be proficient with computer software applications in word processing and spreadsheets.
Excellent verbal and written skills required.
Must have high level of interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and present information to suppliers, management, employees, and co-workers.
Previous Automotive Manufacturing experience is Required.
