Architectural Designer
Minimum 1 Year of Experience in Architectural Design
Venteon is currently seeking an experienced Architectural Designer for an opportunity with an architecture and development firm in the Metro Detroit area. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Revit.
Requirements of the Architectural Designer
Bachelor s degree in Architecture or related field preferred
Entry-level to early-career experience in architecture
Proficiency or working knowledge of Revit
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow direction and execute efficiently
Exposure to multifamily projects preferred; affordable housing experience a plus

Responsibilities of the Architectural Designer
Prepare and update construction drawings and plan sets
Assist in the development of project documentation across multiple assignments
Incorporate redlines and revisions from senior team members accurately and efficiently
Support space planning, layout adjustments, and detailed design work
Coordinate with external engineers, consultants, and project stakeholders
Assist with code compliance reviews and preparation of permitting packages
Maintain well-organized drawing sets and project documentation
