Job Description

Summary: 

This role supports the implementation of a new electronic medical record (EMR) system across multiple care settings, transitioning from a legacy platform to Epic. The individual will contribute to various readiness efforts and provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in readiness planning and execution for EMR system transition
  • Develop and format presentation materials and documentation
  • Coordinate scheduling for meetings and manage logistics
  • Maintain and update Excel tracking tools and shared document repositories
  • Create and distribute agendas in advance of meetings
  • Support physical setup for on-site meetings as needed
  • Greet visitors, manage front desk interactions, and accept deliveries
  • Handle phone communications, email inquiries, and other correspondence
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and documentation management

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED with at least 10 years of relevant experience, or
  • Associate s Degree with a minimum of 3 years in administrative or secretarial roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to operate independently with minimal training

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s Degree
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams
  • Prior experience supporting system transitions or healthcare-related projects
